All sales of Take Flight Signature Series products, including autographed mini helmet mystery boxes, full-size helmet mystery boxes, break credits, and jersey mystery boxes, are considered final. We do not accept refund or return requests. This policy applies to all variants, such as single boxes (e.g., One-Way Ticket) and sealed cases (e.g., Round the World Ticket). The curated, surprise-driven nature of our mystery boxes ensures a unique experience, and this policy helps maintain fairness and authenticity for all customers.

Non-Returnable Items

Due to the randomized selection of signed memorabilia in our mystery boxes, the following items are non-returnable:

  • Autographed mini helmets (e.g., Economy Class Mini Helmet Mystery Box).
  • Autographed full-size helmets (e.g., Authentic Full-Size Helmet Box).
  • Break Credits (All Dates).
  • Autographed jerseys (e.g., Football Jersey Box Economy, Business, or First Class).
  • Multi-item mystery boxes (e.g., Fly Private Football Box).
  • Sealed cases containing multiple mystery boxes.

Each item includes a Certificate of Authenticity (COA) to guarantee legitimacy, and signatures or items may vary (e.g., color, style, location) as noted in product descriptions.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

In the rare event that your order arrives damaged or contains an error (e.g., missing COA), please contact our customer support team within 7 days of delivery. We will review your case promptly and, at our discretion, may offer a resolution, such as a replacement COA or other remedy, subject to availability. Photos of the damaged item and packaging may be required. Note that dissatisfaction with the specific player or signature received is not grounds for a refund or return, as the randomized nature is part of the mystery box experience.
